Terms & Conditions

1. The deal is available to TOPP Club app members only.

2. Shoppers must show their TOPP Club member profile at the redemption counter to redeem vouchers.

3. One (1) shopper can only redeem one (1) deal per day. If they come in a group, they can only redeem one (1) deal per group.

4. Vouchers are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.

6. Vouchers must be used on the same day of redemption.

7. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.

8. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or membership privileges.

9. Restaurant / Café Deal

a. RM30 off with a minimum purchase of three (3) main courses

b. Snacks, desserts and beverages are not considered as main course

10. Beverages / Desserts Deal

a. RM15 off with a minimum purchase of three (3) drinks, beverages or desserts

11. One (1) transaction per receipt. Combining (2) promotions in a single receipt is not allowed. Any receipt found in violation of this policy will be rejected.

12. Any amount exceeding the voucher value must be paid by the shopper.

13. Only dine-in is allowed, take-away is not permitted except for dessert deals.

14. This deal are strictly for shoppers of Toppen Shopping Centre. Employees of Toppen Shopping Centre, retail staff, contractor and vendor are not allowed to participate.

15. Toppen Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
