Terms & Conditions:
1. Past receipts are not valid for redemption.
2. A minimum spend of RM300 (maximum of 2 receipts) at any outlets in Toppen entitles shoppers to one (1) redemption per day.
3. A spend of RM500 (maximum of 2 receipts) at any outlets in Toppen also entitles shoppers to only one (1) redemption, as eligibility is based on the number of receipts, not the total amount (from 20 April to 31 July 2026).
4. Promotion is only valid for tourists/foreigners with spend using a valid Visa card (including credit, debit and prepaid) issued by a Visa card issuer out of Malaysia.
5. Shoppers should present the items, transaction slip and overseas Visa credit card, debit card or prepaid card slip as proof of purchase.
6. The campaign is strictly for Toppen Shopping Centre shoppers only. Employees of Toppen Shopping Centre and retail staff are not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of shoppers.
7. RM30 Dining Voucher are given on a first-come, first-served basis, limited stock available while stocks last.
8. Toppen Shopping Centre does not guarantee the quality, performance, or fitness for purpose of any prizes and shall not be responsible for any consequences—including but not limited to loss of life, injury, or damage to property—arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or use of the gifts.
9. Toppen Shopping Centre reserves the right to terminate, vary, withdraw, or substitute any mall promotion at any time without prior notice, without disclosing any reason, and without any payment or compensation.
10. The decision of Toppen Shopping Centre on all matters relating to mall promotions is final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence—including matters relating to redemption—will be entertained.
