Spider-Man Carnival and Spider-Man: Brand New Day Meet and Greet

Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign is open to all registered TOPP Club Members, except employees of TOPPEN Shopping Centre, TOPPEN retail tenants, the Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and its advertising and promotion agencies.

2. The campaign is valid from 23 July 2026 to 31 July 2026.

3. Participants must spend a minimum of RM30 in a single same-day receipt to qualify for the promotion.

4. Only original same-day single receipts uploaded via the TOPP Club App will be accepted. Split receipts, combined receipts, photocopies, reprinted receipts, handwritten receipts, altered receipts or duplicate submissions will not be accepted.

5. Spending on bill payments, utility payments, money changer services, banking services or ATM transactions is not eligible for this campaign.

6. Participants must present their successful receipt submission at the Information Counter, Level 1 (L1), for verification and redemption.

7. Upon successful verification and while stocks last, participants will receive one (1) movie screening pass, valid for two (2) persons, with two (2) designated seat numbers.

8. The movie screening pass must be presented at TGV Cinemas on the screening day to redeem the official movie tickets before entering the cinema.

9. The movie screening pass is valid only for the specified screening date and time and is not exchangeable for cash, other items or any other screening.

10. Participants are encouraged to wear a Spider-Man costume or attire in red and blue to match the event theme.

11. Lost, stolen, damaged or duplicated movie screening passes or tickets will not be replaced.

12. A valid movie screening pass must be presented to redeem the official movie tickets and upon entry to the cinema hall. Participants who fail to present a valid screening pass will not be permitted to enter the cinema.

13. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the guests, event crew, cinema staff and fellow attendees. Any disruptive, abusive, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event without compensation.

14. Screen recording, video recording, photography, audio recording and live streaming of the movie screening are strictly prohibited. Any participant found engaging in such activities may be removed from the cinema immediately without compensation, and the Organiser reserves the right to take any further action deemed appropriate.

15. By participating in the movie screening, participants consent to the Organiser photographing, filming or recording the event and to the use of their photographs, videos, recordings, names, images, and likenesses for publicity, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media without prior notice or additional compensation.

16. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone, suspend, or cancel the movie screening event, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice where necessary due to operational, safety, legal, or unforeseen circumstances.

17. The Organiser’s decisions regarding all aspects of this campaign and event are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

Terms and Conditions

3. Participants must register as a TOPP Club member and successfully secure one of the 150 available Meet & Greet RSVP slots through the TOPP Club App to be eligible for the Meet & Greet. Eligibility is limited to the first 150 participants who successfully complete their RSVP registration.

4. Participants must present a valid Meet & Greet RSVP in the TOPP Club App for verification prior to entry.

5. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the guest(s), event crew and other attendees. Any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event without compensation.

6. Photography, videography and recording during the Meet & Greet may be subject to the organiser’s guidelines. Participants must comply with any restrictions announced during the event.

7. By participating in the event, participants consent to the use of photographs, videos, or recordings featuring them for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes by the organiser without further notice or compensation.

8. The organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone, suspend, or cancel the Meet & Greet event, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, where necessary due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. The organiser’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Meet & Greet event are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

10. By participating in this campaign, participants agree that the Organiser may use their names, photographs, images, and likenesses for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes related to this campaign in any media without prior notice or additional compensation.
