Terms & Conditions

1. This campaign is open to all registered TOPP Club Members except Employees of TOPPEN Shopping Centre, all TOPPEN retail tenants, the Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies.

2. The campaign is valid only during the official campaign period as determined by the Organiser. Entries or gameplay outside the campaign period will not be accepted.

3. Participants must RSVP for the event via the TOPP Club App before starting the game. Upon completing all game stations, participants must complete the Event Check-in by scanning the QR code through the TOPP Club App.

4. Failure to complete both the Event RSVP and Event Check-in through the TOPP Club App will result in participants being ineligible to receive the complimentary Spiderman merchandise.

5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item.

6. Participants are encouraged to play multiple times throughout the campaign. However, each participant is entitled to redeem the complimentary Spiderman merchandise only once, upon their first successful completion of all campaign requirements.

7. By participating in this campaign, participants agree that the Organiser may use their names, photographs, images, and likenesses for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes related to this campaign in any media without prior notice or additional compensation.

8. Toppen Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend or terminate the promotion and/or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and without liability.

9. All decisions made by Toppen Shopping Centre in relation to this promotion are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

Terms & Conditions  

1. This promotion is open exclusively to registered Topp Club members.

2. The promotion is valid from 23 July 2026 to 9 August 2026.

3. Only same-day original single receipts uploaded via the Topp Club App will be accepted. Split receipts, combined receipts, photocopies, reprinted receipts, handwritten receipts or altered receipts will not be accepted.

4. Members who spend a minimum of RM30 in a single receipt are entitled to redeem one (1) Phone Ring, while members who spend a minimum of RM70 in a single receipt are entitled to redeem one (1) Umbrella.

5. Customers who spend in two qualifying amounts within a single receipt (e.g. RM30 and RM70) will automatically receive two vouchers, allowing them to redeem two different types of merchandise, subject to the applicable redemption criteria.

6. Redemption is subject to successful receipt verification in the Topp Club App.

7. Customers must click “Use Now” on the redemption voucher in the Topp Club App and present the redeemed voucher at the Main Atrium, Level 1 (L1), Toppen Shopping Centre to collect the limited-edition Spider-Man merchandise.

8. Redemption is available only at the Main Atrium, Level 1 (L1), Toppen Shopping Centre.

9. Members may be required to present the purchased item(s), original receipt, and proof of payment (e.g. credit/debit card, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, DuitNow transaction record, or other valid payment confirmation) for verification purposes.

10. Spending on bill payments, utility payments, money changer services, banking services or ATM transactions is not eligible for this campaign.

11. Each Topp Club member is entitled to a maximum of two (2) redemptions throughout the campaign period. The maximum of two (2) redemptions per member consists of one (1) Spider-Man Phone Ring and one (1) Spider-Man Umbrella only.

12. Customers are not allowed to exchange or substitute the redemption item. Once a member has redeemed a particular merchandise item, they will not be eligible to redeem the same item again during the campaign period.

13. Merchandise is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

14. The organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone, suspend, or cancel the campaign or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, where necessary due to operational, safety or unforeseen circumstances.

15. The organiser’s decisions regarding all aspects of the campaign, including eligibility, participation and redemption matters, are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
