Terms & Conditions for Cocomelon Mission Journey

1. This campaign is open to all registered TOPP Club Members except Employees of TOPPEN Shopping Centre, all TOPPEN retail tenants, the Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies.

2. The campaign is valid only during the official campaign period as determined by the Organiser. Entries or gameplay outside the campaign period will not be accepted.

3. Participants must RSVP for the event via the TOPP Club App before starting the game. Upon completing all game stations, participants must complete the Event Check-in by scanning the QR code through the TOPP Club App.

4. Failure to complete both the Event RSVP and Event Check-in through the TOPP Club App will result in participants being ineligible to receive the complimentary Cocomelon merchandise.

5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item.

6. Participants are encouraged to play multiple times throughout the campaign. However, each participant is entitled to redeem the complimentary Cocomelon merchandise only once, upon their first successful completion of all campaign requirements.

7. Each registered TOPP Club member will receive 2 Game On tickets within 5 working days after the Cocomelon event ends.

8. By participating in this campaign, participants agree that the Organiser may use their names, photographs, images, and likenesses for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes related to this campaign in any media without prior notice or additional compensation.

9. Toppen Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend or terminate the promotion and/or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and without liability.

10. All decisions made by Toppen Shopping Centre in relation to this promotion are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

Terms & Conditions for Meet & Greet

1. This campaign is open to all registered TOPP Club Members, except employees of TOPPEN Shopping Centre, all TOPPEN retail tenants, the Organiser, and its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and promotion agencies.

2. Participants must arrive at the event venue 1 hour before each session to register and secure their Meet & Greet slot.

3. Participants must register as a TOPP Club member and successfully secure a Meet & Greet slot through the Google Form to be eligible for the Meet & Greet session. Eligibility is limited to the first 30 families who successfully complete the Google Form registration.

4. Meet & Greet slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to 30 families per session. The Google Form will open 1 hour before each Meet & Greet session and close once all 30 slots have been filled or the registration period has ended, whichever comes first.

5. Each eligible family will receive one (1) photo pass only. The photo pass is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Participants must present their photo pass to the event crew before entering the Meet & Greet session.

7. The photo pass is valid only for the allocated Meet & Greet session and cannot be used for another session.

8. Each registered TOPP Club member will receive 2 Game On tickets within 5 working days after the Cocomelon event ends.

9. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the guest(s), event crew and other attendees. Any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event without compensation.

10. By participating in the event, participants consent to the use of photographs, videos, or recordings featuring them for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes by the organiser without further notice or compensation.

11. The organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone, suspend, or cancel the Meet & Greet event, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, where necessary due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

12. The organiser’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Meet & Greet event are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

13. By participating in this campaign, participants agree that the Organiser may use their names, photographs, images, and likenesses for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes related to this campaign in any media without prior notice or additional compensation.

Terms & Conditions for DIY Workshop

1. This campaign is open to all registered TOPP Club Members, except employees of TOPPEN Shopping Centre, all TOPPEN retail tenants, the Organiser, and its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and promotion agencies.

2. Each eligible receipt allows one (1) child to join the Cocomelon Workshop. For example, if you have three (3) children joining, you will need three (3) separate eligible receipts.

3. Workshop entry is limited to the first 100 eligible participants on a first-come, first-served basis, while slots last.

4. Only same-day receipts are eligible for workshop redemption. Receipts must be from the same event day and meet the minimum spend requirement of RM20 in a single receipt.

5. Each registered TOPP Club member will receive 2 Game On tickets within 5 working days after the Cocomelon event ends.

6. By participating in the event, participants consent to the use of photographs, videos, or recordings featuring them for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes by the organiser without further notice or compensation.
