Terms & Conditions for Monster Hunt 

1. This campaign is open to all registered TOPP Junior Members, except employees of TOPPEN Shopping Centre, all TOPPEN retail tenants, the Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies.

2. Participants must RSVP for the event via the TOPP Club App before starting the Monster Hunt activity. Upon completing all designated game stations, participants must complete the Event Check-in by scanning the QR code through the TOPP Club App.

3. Failure to complete both the Event RSVP and Event Check-in through the TOPP Club App will result in participants being ineligible to redeem the event gift.

4. Participants may participate in the Monster Hunt multiple times throughout the campaign. However, each participant is entitled to redeem one event gift only, upon their first successful completion of all campaign requirements.

5. The event gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item.

6. Participation is subject to the availability and capacity determined by the Organiser.

7. Participants must follow all instructions provided by the event crew and complete all designated game stations to be eligible for the event gift.

8. By participating in this campaign, participants agree that the Organiser may use their names, photographs, images, and likenesses for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes related to this campaign in any media without prior notice or additional compensation.

9. TOPPEN Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend or terminate the promotion and/or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice and without liability.

10. All decisions made by TOPPEN Shopping Centre in relation to this promotion are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

Terms & Conditions for Trick or Treat 

1. This campaign is open to all registered TOPP Junior Members, except employees of TOPPEN Shopping Centre, all TOPPEN retail tenants, the Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies.

2. Participants must register for the Trick or Treat by scanning the registration QR code and completing the Google Form during the registration period.

3. The guardian of each participating child must RSVP for the event via the TOPP Club App before joining the Trick or Treat activity. Upon arrival, the guardian must complete the Event Check-in by scanning the event QR code through the TOPP Club App.

4. Participation is subject to the availability and capacity determined by the Organiser.

5. Participants are required to gather at Level 1, beside the Info Counter, before the Trick or Treat activity begins and follow all instructions provided by the event crew.

6. Each participant is entitled to one Journey Card only. Lost, damaged or duplicated Journey Cards will not be replaced.

7. The Journey Card must be completed during the event period on the event day. Stamps/stickers from previous or other events will not be accepted.

8. Participants must follow the designated Trick or Treat route and visit only the participating tenant outlets listed on the Journey Card.

9. The event gift can only be redeemed at the designated redemption counter on the same day. No late redemption will be accepted.

10. Participants must visit the designated participating tenant outlets and collect the required stamp/sticker on their Journey Card.

11. Each eligible participant with a valid and completed Journey Card is entitled to redeem one event gift only, subject to availability.

12. Participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the activity. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of participating children throughout the activity.

Terms & Conditions for Monster Junior Gathering 

1. This activity is open exclusively to registered TOPP Club Members and their registered TOPP Junior Members, except employees of TOPPEN Shopping Centre, all TOPPEN retail tenants, the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies.

2. The Monster Junior Gathering is limited to the first one hundred (100) eligible participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-in participation is allowed only if slots are still available on the event day.

3. Each TOPP Club Member may register a maximum of three (3) TOPP Junior Members to participate in the Monster Junior Gathering.

4. Participants must register for the activity by scanning the designated registration QR code and completing the Google Form during the registration period.

5. Participants are required to make a minimum spend of RM30 in a single receipt at any participating outlet at TOPPEN Shopping Centre.

6. The proof of purchase receipt must be uploaded through the designated Google Form for verification. The receipt must clearly show the transaction date, outlet and total amount spent.

7. Only one (1) receipt with a minimum spend of RM30 will be accepted for each registration.

8. Receipts from different transactions or multiple receipts combined to meet the RM30 minimum spend will not be accepted.

9. The guardian/registered TOPP Club Member must RSVP for the Monster Junior Gathering through the TOPP Club App and complete the Event Check-in by scanning the designated QR code on the event day.

10. Participants must gather at the designated registration area at the stated time and follow the instructions provided by the event crew.

11. Participants must present the required registration details and proof of purchase upon request for verification.

12. Participation is subject to successful verification of the registration, TOPP Club Member status, TOPP Junior Member details, RSVP, Event Check-in and proof of purchase.

13. By participating in this activity, participants agree that the Organiser may use their names, photographs, images and likenesses for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes related to this activity in any media without prior notice or additional compensation.
