Terms & Conditions for 7X TOPP Club Points 

1. Open to TOPP Club members only.

2. Earn 7X TOPP Club Points on qualifying purchases at selected participating outlets.

3. A minimum spend of RM70 per receipt is required to qualify.

4. Each member is entitled to a maximum of 2 qualifying transactions per day.

5. Only same-day purchase receipts are eligible. Receipts must be uploaded via the TOPP Club App with valid proof of purchase on the same day as the transaction.

6. Duplicate, split, fraudulent, or invalid transactions will be rejected and will not be eligible for points.

7. Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the campaign and its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions for 7 Lab Mission Challenges

1. This campaign is open to all registered TOPP Club members, except employees of Toppen Shopping Centre, all Toppen retail tenants, the Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies.

2. The campaign is valid only during the official campaign period as determined by the Organiser. Participation outside the campaign period will not be accepted.

3. Participants must RSVP for the event via the TOPP Club App before starting the games.

4. Upon completing all game stations, participants must check in at the event by scanning the Event Check-in QR code via the TOPP Club App.

5. Participants who fail to complete both the Event RSVP and Event Check-in via the TOPP Club App will not be eligible to receive the personalised gift.

6. Each eligible participant is entitled to redeem one (1) personalised gift only, upon their first successful completion of all campaign requirements, while stocks last.

7. Participants may play the games multiple times throughout the campaign. However, the personalised gift can only be redeemed once per participant.

8. The personalised gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item.

9. By participating in this campaign, participants agree that the Organiser may use their names, photographs, images, and likenesses for publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes related to the campaign in any media without prior notice or additional compensation.

10. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the campaign and/or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice and without liability.

11. All decisions made by the Organiser in relation to this campaign are final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

Terms & Conditions for Happy Hour Buy 1 Free 1

1. The promotion is limited to 100 units per product offered by each participating tenant, on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

2. Customers must be registered TOPP Club members to participate in the promotion.

3. Each SKU requires 7 TOPP Club points per voucher redemption via the TOPP Club App.

4. Each TOPP Club member is allowed to redeem one (1) voucher per SKU only. Redeeming the same product more than once is not permitted.

5. The promotion is only applicable to the specific products designated by the respective participating tenant.

6. Customers must successfully redeem the voucher via the TOPP Club App and present the successful redemption proof to the cashier at the respective participating tenant’s outlet to receive the free item.

7. Each voucher is valid only on the designated event date assigned to the respective participating tenant. Redemption before or after the designated event date is not permitted.

8. Vouchers are only valid at the respective participating tenant and cannot be exchanged for vouchers from other participating tenants.

9. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

10. Toppen Shopping Centre shall not be responsible for expired or unused vouchers resulting from customers’ failure to redeem them within the validity period.

11. The promotion will end once the allocated 100 units per product have been fully redeemed.

12. The organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone, suspend, or cancel the campaign or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, where necessary due to operational, safety or unforeseen circumstances.

13. The organiser’s decisions regarding all aspects of the campaign, including eligibility, participation and redemption matters, are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
