Terms & Conditions for “A Treat for Mom at Toppen" 1. Campaign period is from 2nd May 2022 till 30th May 2022. 2. To participate shoppers will need to post either photos, reels or videos on Instagram, Facebook or both by 30th May 2022 and tag us (IG: @ToppemMY, FB: @ToppenShoppingCentre) with hashtags #ToppenShoppingCentre @TOPPMom and ten (10) lucky shoppers will win a RM300 beauty e-voucher each. 3. Winners will need to have and sign up on Toppen Application on either Apple or Android platform in order to be entitled for the gift. 4. Gift obtained is valid from date of receipt until 1st July 2022. 5. Gift obtained can only be entitled to one(1) redemption at any one of the three (3) beauty outlets in Toppen (Cozo Hair Studio, Historia Salon or Queen’s Nail Station) before the expiry date. 6. All gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items. 7. Gift redemption is strictly for shoppers of Toppen Shopping Centre only. Employees of Toppen Shopping Centre and retail staffs are not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of shoppers. 8. In the event of dispute, the Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification. 9. Toppen Shopping Centre does not warrant the quality, performance or fitness for the purpose of any prizes and shall not be responsible for any consequences including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or redemption or use of gifts. 10. Toppen Shopping Centre reserves the right to terminate / vary / withdraw / substitute any mall promotion at any time, without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. 11. The decision of Toppen Shopping Centre on all matters relating to all mall promotions is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence, whether relating to the allotment of redemption or otherwise, will be entertained.
