Terms & Conditions
1. This campaign is open to all registered TOPP Club Members, except employees of TOPPEN Shopping Centre, all TOPPEN retail tenants, the Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies.
2. Participants must register for the Lantern Parade by scanning the registration QR code and completing the Google Form during the registration period.
3. Participants must RSVP for the event via the TOPP Club App before joining the Lantern Parade. Upon arrival, participants must complete the Event Check-in by scanning the event QR code through the TOPP Club App.
4. Failure to complete the registration, Event RSVP, and Event Check-in requirements will result in participants being ineligible to join the Lantern Parade.
5. Participation is subject to the availability and capacity determined by the Organiser.
6. Participants are required to gather at the Event Piazza, L3, before the Lantern Parade begins and follow all instructions provided by the event crew.
7. The registration period is as follows:
Week 1: 9 – 11 September
Week 2: 14 – 17 September
8. Each registered TOPP Club Member will receive two (2) Game On tickets within five (5) working days after the Lantern Parade event.
9. By participating in this campaign, participants agree that the Organiser may use their names, photographs, images, and likenesses for publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes related to this campaign in any media without prior notice or additional compensation.
10. TOPPEN Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the promotion and/or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice and without liability.
11. All decisions made by TOPPEN Shopping Centre in relation to this promotion are final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
