Terms & Conditions:
- Shoppers who bring cardboard to RBBC from 1–30 Oct 2025 are entitled to enjoy the exclusive higher rate of RM0.30/kg.
- Cardboard should be clean, dry, empty, and flattened.
- Toppen RBBC reserves the right to reject any cardboard that does not fulfill our requirements.
- The special rate is strictly for Toppen Shopping Centre shoppers and tenants only. Employees of Toppen Shopping Centre and retail staff are not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of shoppers.
