Terms & Conditions
1. This campaign is open to all registered TOPP Club Members. Employees of TOPPEN Shopping Centre, all TOPPEN retail tenants, the Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
2. The campaign is valid only during the official campaign period as determined by the Organiser. Entries or gameplay outside the campaign period will not be accepted.
3. Participants must RSVP for the event via the TOPP Club App before starting the game. Upon completing all game stations, participants must complete the Event Check-in by scanning the QR code through the TOPP Club App. Failure to complete the RSVP and Event Check-in may result in disqualification from the campaign.
4. Participants may play unlimited times during the campaign. Only the highest score will be recorded. Players may play daily to improve their ranking. Organiser’s records are final.
5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item.
6. By participating in this campaign, participants agree that the Organiser may use their names, photographs, images, and likenesses for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes related to this campaign in any media without prior notice or additional compensation.

Terms & Conditions
1. This campaign is open to all registered TOPP Club Members. Employees of TOPPEN Shopping Centre, all TOPPEN retail tenants, the Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
2. Participants must arrive at the event venue before their allocated session time. Late arrivals may be denied entry or accommodated only at the organiser’s discretion.
3. All participants must queue at their designated lane (Fast Lane or Normal Lane) and always follow the instructions of the event crew.
4. Participants must register as a TOPP Club member and successfully secure one of the 50 available Meet & Greet RSVP slots via the TOPP Club App to qualify for the Fast Lane. Fast Lane eligibility is limited to the first 50 successful RSVP registrations.
5. Fast Lane participants must present a valid Meet & Greet RSVP in the TOPP Club App for verification before entry. Failure to present a valid RSVP may result in the participant being redirected to the Normal Lane or denied entry.
6. Photography, videography, and recording during the Meet & Greet may be subject to the organiser’s guidelines. Participants must comply with any restrictions announced during the event.
7. By participating in the event, participants consent to the use of photographs, videos, or recordings featuring them for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes by the organiser without further notice or compensation.
8. By participating in this campaign, participants agree that the Organiser may use their names, photographs, images, and likenesses for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes related to this campaign in any media without prior notice or additional compensation.
