Terms & Conditions

  1. Receipts must be uploaded on the same day of purchase. Past or backdated receipts will not be accepted. 
  2. A minimum spend of RM100 at any retail shop in Toppen Shopping Centre entitles shoppers to one (1) entry only. 
  3. This campaign is open to Toppen Shopping Centre shoppers only. Employees of Toppen Shopping Centre and retail staff are not eligible to participate or redeem on behalf of shoppers. 
  4. Transactions involving bill payments, utility payments, money changer services, banking services, or ATM transactions are not eligible for participation. 
  5. Toppen Shopping Centre does not guarantee the quality, performance, or fitness for purpose of any prizes and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or use of the prizes. 
  6. Toppen Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the promotion and/or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and without liability. 
  7. All decisions made by Toppen Shopping Centre in relation to this promotion are final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

  9. Each qualifying receipt entitles the shopper to one (1) entry into the Shopping Sweep Lucky Winners. There is no limit on the number of entries per shopper, provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying receipt. 
  10. Each receipt must be a valid and original receipt showing the transaction date, outlet/tenant name, and purchase amount. Altered, duplicated, damaged, or suspicious receipts may be rejected. 
  11. This campaign is open to TOPP Club members aged 18 years old and above. Participants below 18 years old are not eligible to participate in or receive any prize under this campaign. 
  12. Only purchases made during the campaign period from 1 October to 31 October 2026 are eligible for participation. 
  13. A receipt can only be submitted once. Duplicate submissions of the same receipt will be rejected. 
  14. Receipts from different transactions cannot be combined to meet the RM100 minimum spend requirement. 
  15. The lucky winner(s) will be selected from all eligible entries received during the campaign period. The selection method and number of winners will be determined by Toppen Shopping Centre. 
  16. Winners will be contacted through the contact details registered with their TOPP Club account. If a winner fails to respond within the stipulated period, Toppen Shopping Centre reserves the right to select another winner. 
  17. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, transferable, or replaceable once awarded, unless otherwise determined by Toppen Shopping Centre. 
  18. Toppen Shopping Centre reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or improper participation.
