Terms & Conditions for “Tourist Exclusive for Overseas Visa Cardholders"
- Promotion is only valid for purchases made on the same day with a maximum of two (2) receipts at all outlets in Toppen Shopping Centre. Original receipts are needed for validation.
- Redemption must be made by showing a valid passport and receipt(s) at our information counter located at Level 1, Toppen Shopping Centre from 10.00am – 10.00pm daily.
- Promotion is only valid for tourists/foreigners with spend using a valid VISA card (including credit, debit and prepaid) issued by a VISA issuer out of Malaysia.
- Limited to one (1) redemption per eligible VISA cardholder per day.
- Limited to eligible customers on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
- Tenants and licensees of Toppen Shopping Centre and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming the gift(s) on behalf of their customer(s).
- Toppen Shopping Centre reserves the right to terminate, vary, withdraw, or substitute any mall promotion at any time, without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason for it and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
- The decision of Toppen Shopping Centre on all matters relating to all mall promotions is final, conclusive, and binding on all participants, and no correspondence, whether relating to the allotment of redemption or otherwise, will be entertained.
