Terms & Conditions for Make a Wish campaign

  • Campaign period is from 9th December 2020 till 27th December 2020.
  • Campaign is valid for all shoppers
  • No minimum purchase needed.
  • The most touching story will have a high chance to be the winners
  • Prize are not exchangeable for cash and other items.
  • Customer can only request for item that available in shops inside Toppen Shopping Centre & IKEA
  • Participation is strictly for shoppers of Toppen Shopping Centre only. Employees of Toppen Shopping Centre and retail staffs are not allowed to participate and participate on behalf of shoppers.
  • Toppen Shopping Centre does not warrant the quality, performance or fitness for the purpose of any prizes and shall not be responsible for any consequence including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the prize.

  1. Pick a postcard or print your photo from our booth at Level 1, Main Atrium
  2. Write and draw your message on the postcard or the photo
  3. Drop the postcard or the photo into the box and we will deliver it for you!
