RM 5 Welcome Voucher

  • Download the Toppen Shopping Centre app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to redeem your RM 5 voucher at the Toppen Shopping Centre Info Counter, Level 1.

Terms & Conditions:

  • E-vouchers are awarded from 13 November 2019 – 15 February 2020, for one-time use only.
  • All e-vouchers will expire by 15 March 2020 at 10.00pm, no e-vouchers from this opening campaign will be honoured after this.
  • Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  • E-vouchers can only be earned, redeemed and used with a valid TOPP Club account.
  • No physical vouchers will be given in replacement of e-vouchers on the TOPP Club.
  • E-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
  • Only original e-voucher(s) will be accepted and must be presented upon payment.
  • Multiple e-vouchers may be used in a single transaction.
  • Maximum of 5 vouchers redeemed per day by a single customer.
  • E-Voucher(s) is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
  • If the value of the item purchased is less than the value of the e-voucher(s). Any amount remaining from the transaction will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
  • For TGV Cinemas, minimum purchase value is RM 5 and can only be used at the candy bar / concessions counter. If purchase value is below the value of the e-voucher(s), the e-voucher(s) cannot be used. Multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction. E-vouchers cannot be combined with other existing promotions.
  • In the event that the value of the e-voucher(s) used in a single transaction does not cover the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating outlet, the balance must be paid by the e-voucher holder.
  • Toppen Shopping Centre will not be responsible in any way for the lost or damage to the e-voucher; no replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made for the lost or damaged e-voucher(s).
  • Toppen Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, modify or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice.
  • Toppen Shopping Centre will not be responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet(s) and the e-voucher holder.
  • Any misuse/tampering/forgery of e-vouchers may constitute a criminal offence and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
  • E-Voucher(s) can be used at any participating outlet in Toppen Shopping Centre.
